Rental Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable Deposit: All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.

Return of Item: You agree to return the item on the specified return date to Petal Fresh Dry Cleaners, located at 1/225 Main Street, Osborne Park, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Dry Cleaning Fee: A fee of $29 applies for the use of the services provided by Petal Fresh Dry Cleaners.

Late Fees: If the item is not returned on the agreed return date, a late fee of $30 will be charged for each additional day the item is retained. If the item is not returned by the Thursday immediately following the hire date, the full rental fee, in addition to the original rental fee, will be charged.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel the rental, you must provide Something Borrowed with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled pickup date and time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full remaining rental fee (minus the deposit).

Dress Swap Policy: Should you wish to swap your dress for a different style, you must notify Something Borrowed at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled pickup date and time. If less than 2 weeks’ notice is provided, your deposit will not be transferable. Please note that only one swap per rental is permitted.
